Challenge: This animated explainer video had a dual challenge: showing and inspiring customers to efficiently use the products they already own or to upgrade, while also encouraging the adoption of AI technology by illustrating practical applications.

Solution: I created a dynamic animated explainer video that imaginatively showcases an attorney dramatically saving time and boosting efficiency by leveraging these products and AI tech. This creative narrative provides concrete ideas and demonstrates the tangible benefits of integration.

Growth: This project significantly boosted my skill set. I integrated JSON animations to add a new layer of visual sparkle, became even more proficient with the advanced features of Wellsaid, our AI voice creation tool, and deepened my understanding of Camtasia's capabilities and limitations, while also refining my ability to draw custom images directly in Illustrator.

Challenge: It's tough to really grab learners and help them grasp complex course scenarios when you're just using static content. Often, this can make it hard for them to truly understand and connect with later modules.

Solution: My solution was to design and develop an animated explainer video. I used Adobe Illustrator for all the custom visuals and Camtasia for the animation. This visually engaging approach really helped us set up the course scenario clearly and concisely, pulling learners into a relatable context right from the start.

Growth: This project gave me a great opportunity to further sharpen my Adobe Illustrator skills. Now, I can create even more custom and unique graphics, which significantly boosts the visual quality and originality of my animated explainer videos.

• Challenge: It's difficult to truly engage a diverse group of employees when they all come with different levels of existing knowledge. Traditional teaching methods often fall short here.

• Solution: My go-to solution is using animated explainer videos. They're fantastic for breaking down complex concepts into content that's not just easy to understand, but also really engaging and accessible for everyone.

• Growth: My first professional use of Vyond taught me the value of creative scene transitions and incorporating custom graphics to elevate standard training.

For this week's challenge, I found an opportunity to learn more about making Storyline content accessible to everyone and to share that knowledge while I'm at it. 

• Challenge: As someone who frequently creates proprietary how-to videos, a key challenge for me is always finding a way to showcase my video production abilities effectively, while still offering genuinely valuable insights to a wider audience.

• Solution: My solution was to feature a Storyline project I'd developed for a different challenge as the central element of my video demonstration. This allowed me to highlight my production skills using existing work that was also broadly relevant.

• Growth: I thought I had a good grasp on making my Storyline projects more accessible, but this project revealed an even better practice for accessibility. Plus, this was my first time uploading to YouTube, so I dove into learning all about incorporating captions to ensure my video content is accessible to everyone.
